Caring for your new doors

Our doors are manufactured from components tested to BS6250/6222, these components have been tested to simulate normal domestic usage including temperature, colour fastness and moisture resistance. The vinyl's we use offer a very high level of colour fastness and will not fade or discolour like wooden doors and are very easy to maintain. Your new doors will provide many years of service if you follow the following simple but important instructions.

1 Do not clean the doors with any abrasive cleaner. A damp cloth and a squirt of washing up liquid is plenty.

2 Please do not install doors next to old ovens with degenerated seals. This will damage your doors irreparably. Treat yourself to a new oven to go with your new doors!

3 Do not fit doors less than 750mm above a hob

4 Do not allow water to drip or condense on the doors for any period of time.

5 If water spills over from your sink please make sure it doesn't settle on your doors and you dry it thoroughly with a towel.

6 The door above your kettle will withstand steam for short periods only, please do not allow steam to condense on the door for any amount of time, or better still move your kettle!

know on your order sheet if your door is left handed
